Get ready for the most magical family adventure – all aboard the magical Jingle Belle! Immerse yourself in festive wonder as this very special train takes you on a journey to Lapland Centre at Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway. Perfect for the whole family, this festive train ride is sure to get everyone in the Christmas spirit!

Whilst waiting to see Santa, inside Mrs Claus’ Kitchen, adults can enjoy complimentary seasonal refreshments including mince pies, hot chocolate and mulled wine with juice and biscuits for the children.

There will be the chance to have a ride on Santa’s sleigh, write your letter to Santa, make your own Reindeer food and much more to keep all entertained!

Once it is your time, you will be led by mischievous elves to the beautifully decorated Grotto to spend some quality one to one time with the man himself and receive an extra special gift.

Your Santa Special experience will last for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.

The Christmas Express will take place on various dates during December:

Coastal Photography by Steve Dixey

Moments in Time showcases the extraordinary talent of local photographer Steve Dixey. Steve has spent a lot of his free time as a beach wanderer, drawn to the sands and the sea, peering in pools, digging around for fishing bait and going fishing. The sea is in his blood; his father worked on Grimsby trawlers.

This exhibition features a collection of his stunning photographs of coastal scenes, capturing the natural and man-made heritage between Cleethorpes and The Wash.

Classically trained Bass-baritone (yes, really!) and all-around funny man Lloyd Griffith returns home for a magical evening of Christmas music at the beautiful, candlelit Grimsby Minster.

You might know Lloyd as a comedian, actor, or maybe from bumping into him at Blundell Park, but he’s also a seriously talented singer, and he’s bringing all of that (plus his trademark humour) back to where it all began.

Expect carols, Christmas classics, a few singalongs, maybe even a Grimsby-inspired tune or two, and definitely some laughs along the way.
Come join us and get into the festive spirit in one of Grimsby’s most stunning settings!
